we'll perform a quick assessment to determine the problem -
no appointment necessary. We'll give you an estimate in
writing, and most work can be completed within 24 hours.

 | Carry-In Virus Removal: If you bring your computer
to us, we'll disinfect it and remove any viruses on your
machine.

 | Carry-In Quick Fix: Got a quick little problem? We've got a
quick little fix! If we can fix it within 10 minutes while
you wait, it's $50.

 | On-Site Assessment: Wondering what's going on with your
computer? We'll come out and run some diagnostics, give your
machine the once over and let you know if it's supposed to
be making that noise. If it's not and we end up fixing any
problems we find, the onsite trip charge will be credited
toward the repair cost.

 | On-Site Support: Sometimes it's just easier to have a
technician visit you at your job or in your home than to
bring your computer all the way here.

 | Temporary Loaner Computer:
We know you need your
internet access, or
maybe you must finish a project this weekend. We can loan
you a computer, fix it up with your software and bring in
over to you while yours is being fixed.
